Alexander Lyons Ltd is a traditional surveying company concentrating on property in London & the South East. The Company’s Head Office and Central Administration Centre are situated in Wimbledon Village, London SW19. In addition, we have 7 further offices throughout London and the South East.
Alexander Lyons has a very experienced team of Surveyors providing a complete range of residential and commercial valuation and survey advice for Private clients, Private Banks, Financial Institutions and the Legal profession.

We now have the following vacancies to enhance our teams; CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER:
A vacancy exists for a self motivated, confident and highly organised professional ideally from a Lender or Intermediary background. A minimum of 2 years field sales experience is an essential requirement. Responsibilities will include managing and further developing new and existing relationships in the intermediary, estate agency and professional markets. An excellent professional network particularly in Central London would also be a distinct advantage.

CHARTERED SURVEYORS:
We also require suitably qualified Chartered Surveyors with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in carrying out Building Surveys. Self motivated and professional individuals required to join our existing professional team. Must be willing to work to compliment the existing team and provide the highest levels of customer service to both Lenders and Private Clients alike. Vacancies exist on both a self employed and employed basis within Central, South & West London.
