New IAVRA Website for Travel Professionals
ILTM’s recent Global Trend report highlighted the growing interest in deeply personal, bespoke experiences from luxury travellers across the world. With this in mind, private villas and chalets are increasingly popular, providing the discerning traveller with privacy, intimacy and luxury that can be tailored to each individual holiday.
The International Association of Villa Rental Agents has launched a new business-to-business website for travel professionals. Operating as a closed platform for subscribers only, the website revolutionises the holiday rental industry by directly connecting client and villa agents globally, expanding the potential client base of both and significantly increasing the number of enquiries. A highly efficient way of maximising the many benefits offered by the luxury villa rental market.

Claverley Court is a brand new development of sixteen custom designed apartments in a leafy Knightsbridge square around the corner from Harrods.
Set to open for Christmas, the building was originally two former London townhouses and boasts a colourful past. Occupants included a Viscount, Dowager Countess, Members of Parliament and a spinster spy who played her part in ‘Operation Mincemeat’, a successful plot to deceive the German army during World War II.
An in-house team of designers has spent nearly two years planning and creating apartments to satisfy the needs and tastes of the most discerning visitor. Unbeatable service will be a key area of focus at Claverley and a multi-lingual team will be available around the clock to offer personalised and discreet assistance and advice to guests.
