COVER STORY

New green heat for old Thermo-Mechanical Systems Corporation in Assonet, Mass., replaced a creaky, leaky, antiquated steam heating system that heated several buildings in a historic East- Coast manufacturing district with up-to-date rooftop HVAC systems controlled by iWorx web-based controls from Taco that provide hands-off operation for all the rooftop units from one on-site location. Pictured at left is Bob Kelliher, V.P. of Thermo-Mechanical, and Dean Haskins, project manager.
