 To mark the Queen’s diamond jubilee in 2012, the Royal Commonwealth Society is building the world’s largest online history project – a global time capsule. There are great prizes to be won and lesson plans to help.

Make a difference (KS3/4)

 Every year hundreds of schools inspire their students to improve their wider community by taking part in volunteering charity CSV’s Make a Difference day, Saturday 29 October. This year the campaign focuses on helping people who are lonely or isolated. Events can be run from 22 October to 6 November.
