WEDDINGS AND WATER Couples can choose all sorts of aquatic ceremonies from yachts to party-boats; marrying under the waves in the Atlantis submarine in Barbados, Aruba or Grand Cayman or while diving in the Cayman Islands, where they can swim up a watery aisle marked with conch shells to an old anchor that serves as the altar. One of the most novel ceremonies has to be among tame dolphins in the Bahamas, while on Jamaica couples can tie the knot on a long bamboo river raft.
