Auraria Campus: Located in the heart of downtown Auraria is the largest campus in Colorado, where three separate higher education institutions enroll approximately 44,000 students.


Ballpark: Ballpark neighborhood lies to the north of Lower Downtown and Downtown Denver’s Central Business District.

Central Platte Valley: If ever there was a new frontier in Denver, it’s the Central Platte Valley (CPV) neighborhood. This 120-acre neighborhood west of Downtown is evolving before your eyes.


Curtis Park: Just north of Downtown Denver, Curtis Park is a historic area developed in the 1860s and 1870s as a fashionable residential suburb.


Five Points: Five Points was founded in the 1860s on the Welton Street corridor as one of Denver’s first residential suburbs and it features some of Denver’s oldest homes and historic storefronts.


Golden Triangle: In this quirky, artsy, eclectic neighborhood, some of the best conversations have gone to the dogs. That’s because many neighbors meet every night at the little parks nearby to walk their dogs and chat.


Highland: Set on a hill overlooking the city, the Highland has hilly, tree-lined streets and an eclectic mix of housing.


Jefferson Park: Just to the south of the Highland neighborhood, a sweet little community called Jefferson Park sits perched over Downtown Denver.


La Alma / Lincoln Park: Stroll the streets of La Alma/Lincoln Park neighborhood and you’ll see colorful lights decorating many of the homes, smell Latino dishes wafting out of windows, and be charmed by the turn of the century architecture.


Lower Downtown / LoDo: Meander through Lower Downtown, or LoDo, and you’ll move from beautiful, historically-preserved buildings, to new lofts, to some of the best shopping, dining and entertainment venues in town.


Uptown: Just to the east of Downtown Denver lies a neighborhood that spans the entire spectrum of housing styles, businesses and personalities.
