Central Platte Valley

If ever there was a new frontier in Denver, it’s the Central Platte Valley (CPV) neighborhood. This 120- acre neighborhood west of Downtown is evolving before your eyes. After spending most of the 20th century marked by warehouses, viaducts and rail yards, the Central Platte Valley has been transformed into an exciting, mixed-use urban neighborhood with a variety of homes, lofts and luxury apartments, and more than 3 million square feet of offices, quaint shops, hip galleries, bohemian restaurants and hotels. Here, you’ll not only find more than 2,000 residential units but also something unheard of in an urban setting – 90 beautiful acres of parks, including the largest public skate park in the USA and access to the Cherry Creek river for kayaking, walking your dog or riding your bike.

Housing

The Central Platte Valley offers a variety of housing options for renters or buyers. There are the apartments, shops and restaurant on Platte Street across the river just a quick stroll from the 90-acre Riverfront Park that anchors the area. Sur- rounding the park are more apartments, condos, lofts, penthouses, townhomes and brownstones.
