The development of 1990 Chestnut is significant for Downtown Denver and the Union Station area, as it will provide a highly sought-after amenity in the urban core. The project recently began construction and when completed will feature 314 apartments and be anchored by a 42,000 SF urban format full-service grocery store that is projected to open at the end of 2014.
