PV Process Award
Once a manufacturer gathers his tools in a fab it is still not the end for obtaining the best out of the manufacturing process. This award recognises excellence in a process that improve yield management in PV manufacturing.
PV Balance of System
Any module is only as good as its constituent parts and PV manufacturers are realising the improvements to be found by choosing the correct BOS products. This award recognises that sub systems and components can be a critical enabler for the success of a given tool.
Energy Usage Enabling Award
Improving global energy use is what the renewable sector is all about so this award recognises technologies and processes that enable greater energy usage.
Fab Management Enabling Award Keeping a Fab running at highest specifications is no easy task so this award will recognise the person, product or process that improves speed and efficiency within the Fab environment.
Turnkey Supplier Award
This award will recognise excellence in production equipment and turnkey manufacturing lines for manufacturing photovoltaic cells and modules.
Industry Development Award For innovative ideas, programmes or developments that enhance the progress of the industry. This can be for an individual, company, country, device, process or event.
Module Manufacturing Innovation Award This award will recognise achievement in innovative techniques that demonstrate the efforts made to address the links between manufacturer and consumer in providing products or services that highlight understanding of those needs.
