Arrange a transfer to the pier


If you made your own flight arrangements and need to get from the airport to the pier and back again at the end of your cruise, transfers can be purchased through us by contacting your travel partner (transfers can only be arranged for European sailings). If you have purchased a Fly-Cruise package with us for any destination, your transportation has already been arranged.


Plan your attire


Freestyle Cruising encourages relaxed attire. After all, you’re on holiday. Even swimwear with a cover-up is OK at the buffet and outdoor restaurant. When you’re ready for dinner, it’s collared shirts and trousers or nice jeans for men; for women, trousers or jeans, dresses, or skirts and tops are perfect. Kids 12 and under are welcome to wear nice shorts in all our restaurants. If you prefer to dress up when you dine out, we offer a formal night (our onboard photographer is also available to capture moments like this for you). Also consider packing a sweater - air conditioning can be chilly.


Each guest is allowed two pieces of checked luggage, with a 22kg. maximum each (if travelling by air, be sure to check your airline’s restrictions). Luggage should be clearly labelled with your name, address and contact number.


At the end of your cruise, since suitcases are collected the night before returning home, don’t forget a small overnight bag for carrying any necessary medication, valuables, important documents and need-to-have items.

• Hairdryers are available in all staterooms (hairdryers are not available in Studios on board Norwegian Epic but can be requested)


• Irons can be requested at the front desk and laundry service is also available


• Beach towels are available in your room or by the pool.
