Negocios, operadores y ‘Miss Gaming Colombia’ in FADJA 2011
Después del lanzamiento del concurso ‘Miss Gaming Colombia’ en el nuevo Sonesta Hotel en Bogotá, a mediados del mes pasado, José Anibal Aguirre, Director General de FADJA, dijo que el evento “busca la representación de todo el sector a través de la elección de su reina como embajadora de buena voluntad y responsabilidad social en nombre de la cadena de juegos de suerte y azar en el país que tributan a favor de la salud de los colombianos”. El principal premio para la ganadora del título Miss Gaming Colombia 2011, será un automóvil 0 kilómetros.
FADJA 2011 se ha posicionado como el evento de Latinoamérica que promueve el constante crecimiento regional de la
industria del juego, en el empuje de operaciones que continúan desarrollándose y reequipándose con los últimos ofrecimientos de fabricantes y proveedores, y ha asegurado la visita al evento de operaciones miembros de organizaciones como SONAJA y APEJA del Perú, ASAJA de Panamá, FEDELCO de Colombia, entre otras.
Este año FADJA 2011 también ofrece la
realización de la Rueda de Negocios TSM - FADJA que se llevará a cabo durante el marco del evento los días 13 y 14 de abril, en el Centro Internacional de Negocios y Exposiciones, Corferias, en un área especialmente diseñada para este encuentro comercial. Empresarios ecuatorianos iniciarían acciones legales si cierran casinos
Los empresarios y dueños de los 32 casinos que funcionan legalmente en Ecuador se preparan para iniciar acciones legales si la respuesta ciudadana al referéndum apruebe la pregunta 2 de la consulta popular que prohíbe el funcionamiento de los juegos de azar.

Business, operators and ‘Miss Gaming Colombia’ in FADJA 2011
After the launch of the “Miss Gaming Colombia” Pageant, at
the brand new Sonesta Hotel in Bogota, Jose Anibal Aguirre, FADJA Director General, said that the event, “seeks to bring into the industry focus the talent and beauty of Colombian women with candidates from casinos and gaming slots operations throughout the country”. The main prize for the winner will be a zero miles motor car to the local beauty and the title “Miss Gaming Colombia”, in a special gala during FADJA 2011, on April 14-15.
FADJA 2011 has positioned itself as the Latin American
event which fosters constant growth in the regional gaming industry, as operations continue to develop and reequip with the latest the industry manufacturers and suppliers have to offer, and has ensured the visit of operation members from organizations such as SONAJA and APEJA in Peru, ASAJA - Panama Association of Gaming Operators, FEDELCO, operators from Colombia, amongst many others.
This year also on offer during the Latin American event, the

Licensed operators prepare for legal action in Ecuador
Ecuador’s 32 legally licensed casinos are preparing to start legal action, both at home and abroad, if the proposed plans to ban gambling are approved by a national referendum. The National Electoral Council (CNE) has officially sanctioned a public referendum on the measure, initiated by President Rafael Correa, for 7 May.
