Derek Creevey (MBS 93) is chief administrative offi- cer, responsible for market- ing and IT, for global PR firm, Edelman. He is based in New York, where he emigrated in the early Nineties. He met owner and CEO, Richard Edelman, while doing a summer job in the Hamptons and has spent 15 years helping to grow the firm, interrupted by six years working as director of communications for rival Ogilvy PR. Oliver Loomes (MBS 92) has been appointed global brand director for Guinness. He began his career withMars in 1992, where he worked in a num- ber of sales and marketing management roles in Ireland, the UK and across Europe. He joined Diageo Ireland in 1999, working as marketing manager for Guinness until 2002 when he took over as head of marketing for spirits, wines and sponsorships.
