HE company Emmet O’Neill co-founded in 2005 today boasts 13 practices run by over 160 dedicated staff, with expansion under way to add 10 new practices and 100 more jobs in 2011. Despite not having a background in dentistry, what led him down the path of teeth whiten- ing and dental procedures?


“It all started with vanity is the honest answer!” laughs O’Neill. “I wanted to get my teeth whitened and I looked around with my own dentist and a couple of others to see what the cost was, and found it was very expensive.” In the meantime, he recounts that his mother had started going
