Fire Door Safety Dorgard Fire Door Retainers
Simple and effective way of retaining and releasing fire doors legally. • Unique in design, this self contained unit will hold open fire doors which are fitted with a door closer but will safely release the door should the fire alarm sound.
• Simply attach the unit to the base of the door and push the plunger downwards to hold the open door in place.
• Powered by 2 C-Cell batteries, the device requires no wiring or mains power and can be installed in under 5 minutes.
• Complies with all relevant European Directives and UK Workplace Regulations. • Available in a choice of 4 colours, please replace the asterisk (*) in the product code with your required colour. R = Red, W = White, M = Mahogany, B = Black.
• Optional floor plates should be used if the fire door exceeds 120kg or if a powerful door closer is fitted.
• Replacement Rubber Stoppers are also available. • Use in conjunction with Dorgard Sign below.
