WHO CAN ATTEND?


The ITT Conference is open to ITT Members only and is limited to 400 places. Companies are restricted to two delegates places each. All additional delegate requests will be placed on a waitlist.


HOW TO REGISTER


Complete the registration form online at http://www.itt.co.uk/conference You must book your accommodation at the Molino Stucky Hilton at the same time of registration.


FLIGHTS


Delegates should make their own flight arrangements. The nearest airport is Marco Polo, which is approximately 40 minutes by water taxi to the Conference hotel.


AIRPORT TRANSFERS


Transfers will be provided between Marco Polo Airport and the conference hotel for arrivals on 5-6 June and departures on 9-10 June.


CURRENCY


First Rate Exchange Services is offering all ITT Conference delegates a great rate on Euros.

All registration/golf fees and accommodation deposits are non refundable.


Cancellation or no shows will not be refunded and any outstanding amounts will be deemed as owing to ITT.


The ITT Conference is open to ITT Members only. Your registration will only be valid if you are a fully paid member of ITT at the time of the Conference.


Companies are restricted to two delegate places each. All additional requests will be placed on a waitlist.


The companion fee only applies to a marital spouse/partner accompanying a registered delegate, and not to business colleagues or other associates.


Your accommodation deposit will be collected in Pounds Sterling and passed to the hotel. The remaining balance will be payable in Euros directly to the hotel upon check out.


Any amendments will be subject to a £55 amendment fee (per change). Changes must be requested in writing. Email: events@itt.co.uk
