systems for separate inspection/guidance programs, as well as greatly reducing setup and networking time. The Impact software suite and its included
M-Series embedded vision processor is an ideal solution for inspecting dimensions, coplanarity, positioning and identification markings – both human readable text labels and barcodes. M-Series vision systems also excel at differentiating parts, locating defects and detecting flaws on four sides of a part. Industries ranging from electronics, pharmaceutical, and medical devices to consumer products and automotive all benefit from the system.

Raytek will exhibit its ThermoView Pi20 high-performance fixed thermal
imager, which provides thermal imaging for moving or stationary targets in industrial process control applications. ThermoView Pi20 helps avoid costly shutdowns, prevents fires and reduces waste through early detection of problems caused by hotspots. The rugged cameras are IP45 rated with Ethernet interface networking capabilities and
optional fibre optics. They can be installed in dirty, hot environments to control processes from a PC located away from the camera. The ThermoView system is easy to install using the company’s intuitive and easy-to-use software.

Toshiba Teli will exhibit its high- resolution and high-speed camera (CSC12M25BMP/ CMP19). It can achieve 25fps at 12 Megapixels.
Both monochrome and colour versions are available. An adjustment tool for pixel defect and FPN correction is provided. Also on display is a full HD camera (CSDW2M60CM28), which can achieve 60fps at 1,080p/i through a DVI-D interface. An auto- iris connector for optics and a USB connector for serial communication are incorporated. The camera provides excellent colour reproduction. Finally, the ultra compact imaging solution
(CSCLV90BC3) will be shown, which has a compact shape of 20mm3
. The camera can
achieve 90fps at VGA through PoCL-lite interface. Toshiba Teli manufactures its products
in-house, building on established technology with state-of-the-art innovations to maintain high quality products.

Velodyne Lidar will display its high-performance lidar sensors, used for obstacle detection and navigation of commercial and military
autonomous terrestrial and marine vehicles. The durability, 360° field of view and very high data rate make these sensors ideal for demanding perception applications as well as mobile data collection, 3D mapping, surveying, security and robotic applications. The Velodyne HDL-64E is a 64-element lidar sensor that delivers a 26.8° VFOV. It generates more than 1.3 million distance points per second. The Velodyne HDL-32E is a 32-element lidar sensor that delivers a 40° VFOV and measures only 5.7 (H) x 3.4 (W) inches and weighs less than 2kg. It generates more than 800,000 distance points per second. Velodyne Lidar products are made in the US and both the HDL-64E and HDL-32E sensors are designed, manufactured and packaged at the company’s headquarters in Morgan Hill, California.
