On Our Way to 100k

Gary Vermeer made history by inventing the industry’s first stump cutter, and Vermeer is poised to set history again. In 2011, Vermeer will build its 100,000th piece of tree-care equipment. That’s an accomplishment.

To celebrate this milestone the 100,000th tree spade, stump cutter or brush chipper to roll off our assembly line will be given away in a random drawing of registered tree-care contractors.

But we want to go a step further — that’s where you can become involved. Vermeer is searching for the oldest Vermeer brush chipper and stump cutter that is still in use today. These units — and their owners — will be featured in future issues of the Branching Out e-Newsletter.

If you think you have one of these older units, send a note with the following information to salesinfo@vermeer.com.

• Your name • Model number • Year purchased • Serial number

• Photo

One of our team members will be in touch to gather some background information on you and the machine. If your brush chipper or stump cutter is featured in a future issue of the Branching Out e-Newsletter, you will receive a $100 gift card toward the purchase of Vermeer wearables for the upcoming spring season.

SO DON’T WAIT; drop us a note today, and let’s see who has the longest- running Vermeer machine.
