NATIONAL SALES MANAGER Negotiable salary depending on qualifications


Due to increasing business and re-organisation, there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Sales Manager to join one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of centrifugal pumps for clean and waste water.


The company supplies products and services to the major UK water companies and other market sectors both direct and via distribution. Our framework partner customers include some of the largest UK water companies and public sector departments.


Ideally located in the South of England, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of skilled Area Sales Managers, whilst also taking specific responsibility for driving the company’s framework applications.


Working with both self generated leads and those provided by the existing sales force and the company's marketing, you will be making appointments with senior decision makers operating at a Head Office level within the UK's leading water companies and other businesses.


We are looking for a highly accomplished and experienced senior sales person who has a proven track record of successfully securing and managing new framework business from the UK Water sector and managing sales people. Used to negotiating at senior level, you will be well organised and have extensive experience of preparing framework applications, with guidance and support from the Group Head Office. You will be determined, possess first class communication skills and used to working on your own initiative. You should be a commercially astute "entrepreneurial" individual who can open doors and make things happen.
