Information for New England Residents Students who are legal residents of any of the five other New England states may be eligible for reduced tuition and fees under the New England Regional Student Program. Programs available at Eastern are Communication and Sociology (Maine); Biochemistry, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Environmental Earth Science, Mathematics, Music, Sociology, Spanish, Theatre, and Visual Arts (Massachusetts); Sociology (New Hampshire); Biochemistry, Business Information Systems, Communication, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Music, Sociology, Spanish, Sport and Leisure Management, Theatre, and Visual Arts (Rhode Island); and Sociology (Vermont). Eastern’s most recent addition to the NEBHE program is Labor Relations and Human Resource Management, available to students from the other five New England states.
