Over the past several years, we have experienced some of the highest rates of unemployment in recent times. More and more people have lost their jobs and found themselves in a painful and stressful transition period. Among a number of life-altering events such as death, serious illness, and divorce, losing a job ranks high among the most stressful.

This career Web chat will explore the personal and professional impact of losing a job and present and discuss a number of strategies for surviving. You will learn ways of dealing with emotional, financial, and career implications of job loss that will help lead you to your next steps.

Excelsior College Alumni Library

All alumni are invited to sign up for free, 24-hour access to the Excelsior College Alumni Library. More than 1,050 have already registered. It’s not too late to sign up!
