Ruth Millar – Associate Support and training at Herbert Smith is excellent. As an LPC student I visited the firm several times, learning about the different departments and meeting some of the team and trainees. The training itself is extensive and, after qualifying, ongoing professional development is taken very seriously. But there’s still time for a social life.
