Clare Lynch – Associate The BSkyB case lasted for nine months and we eventually received a successful judgment. I was involved in the opening submissions and I helped draft witness statements. Getting court exposure so early in my career was invaluable. The legal press said it was some of the most exciting cross-examination in recent years.
