As a Driver Team Manager, your role will ensure drivers are examined and addressed as competent in accordance with company standards to provide a safe and efficient train service. You will be responsible for complying with the relevant Railway Group Standards to maintain the required level of competence for drivers using appropriate available technology (OTMR, simulators and voice recordings) in rules and regulations, traction knowledge, route knowledge, practical driving skills, general safety training and safety communication.
