Aimed at the new and inexperienced Proving Ground user, or those needing a refresher of the core skills required for driving and evaluating on a Proving Ground. For new members of staff to ensure you have fulfilled Health and Safety requirements when driving on a Proving Ground, and to confirm that all staff have been trained to the same standard. This approach adds credibility to evaluation results, ensuring all staff are working from a rationalised benchmark. The key objective is for the delegate to end the training day with a systematic and safe approach to Proving Ground driving. The course covers the following:

Proving Ground Driving Etiquette Seating Position and Use of Controls Focal Point Braking Techniques High Speed Driving Techniques
The day is punctuated with vehicle dynamics presentations covering the basic elements of driver inputs related to vehicle stability and balance. The pricing is based on the use of CAT training vehicles and covers all fuel and running costs. Certificates, a training handbook, lunch and all refreshments are included.
