Motor Industry Driver Development Training Courses
Introduction
CAT Driver Training offers bespoke and menu driver development programmes for engineers and technicians working within the motor manufacturing industry, whose occupation dictates they have a requirement to test and evaluate motor vehicles on the Public Highway and Proving Ground in safety. Additional courses to those listed here can be provided. We also encourage an active working relationship with our clients and would be happy to work with you and your staff if you would like to provide your own presentations that related to your specific business. We are flexible and accommodating and look to long term relationships with our clients.
The training programmes follow the same structured

nurture and coach the delegates driving and evaluation skills at a pace that suits the career path of the individual and budgetary restraints of the employer.
Flexibility
CAT Driver Training realise the need to polarise training in the direction and format it will be best received and utilised. Vehicle test and evaluation is varied and demanding. Not all engineers and technicians need to be qualified to evaluate vehicles at their limit of adhesion – so why pay for it? We appreciate the need to differentiate between NVH and Ride and Handling engineers or perhaps the occasional user who needs to complete a risk assessment and drive at low speed in safety.
“Active Working Relationship” Experience
Our training is designed and built from “hands on” front line motor industry and motorsport training and evaluation experience. Our instructors hold motor industry training qualifications complemented by advanced road and racing circuit training accreditations.
