Iran looks to an alternative energy future
The search for renewable resources of energy is a global concern and many future discoveries will come from an exchange of ideas from all sources. Whilst some countries have a positive interaction with the rest of the world, some areas find themselves restricted by political and environmental influences beyond the control of the scientific community. Nima Es’haghi Gorji of the Technical and Engineering Faculty of Bonab, Hossein Movla from the Department of Solid State Physics at Faculty of Physics at the University of Tabriz and Foozieh Sohrabi of the Department of Theoretical Physics at the Faculty of Physics at the University of Tabriz provide a review on renewable energy research progress in Iran.
