Learning with the NUT
NUT CPD’s professional learning partnerships
National College for School Leadership
Equal Access to Promotion (EAP) is the NCSL/NUT CPD leadership programme for black and minority ethnic teachers (with four to 12 years’ teaching experience) in leadership roles and aspiring to more senior roles. EAP courses will run throughout the 2010/11 school year.
BME participants engage in a pre-course investigation, attend a two-day residential seminar at the National College in Nottingham, and complete a follow-up leadership study in their schools. EAP is FREE to NUT members and others in the target audience.
For details and application:
www.ncsl.org.uk/eap. (NB: BME teachers with two to five years’ experience are eligible for NUT CPD’s ‘Aspiring to Lead’ course – see page 3.)
University of Cumbria:
