Before you book, take a moment to read through the Frequently Asked Questions (pages 120-123) and the Booking Conditions (pages 126-129) which can also be found at
www.ncl.co.uk. Because when you book, you’re agreeing to enter into a contract with Norwegian Cruise Line, based on these Booking Conditions on your behalf and on behalf of everyone included in the reservation. Once you’ve made your booking, we’ll give you a Norwegian Cruise Line reservation number, which you’ll need to quote any time you call or write to us.

1. Cruise Ship name, UK departure date and number of nights.
2. Stateroom or suite Stateroom or suite category, double bed or twin beds.
3. Personal details for each guest travelling • That’s full name and title as shown on passport, date of birth, passport number, date and place of issue and expiry date
• Home address, including postcode, telephone number, email address and emergency contact details – the name and telephone number of someone we could contact while you’re away – and next of kin
• Latitudes membership number – do let us know if you’ve cruised with us before and tell us your Latitudes membership number, if you know it.
4. Fly-Cruise UK Connecting Flights
Please advise which airport you wish to fly from. Your connecting flight must be within 24 hours of international flight. Please note we cannot guarantee airline seats.

9. Payment details You can pay by cheque, American Express®

number, name on card, expiry date and three digit security code on back of card (four digit number on front of card for American Express).
To confirm your chosen holiday, we need a deposit as shown here or full payment if booking after balance due date.

For all Fly Cruise reservations a non refundable APC (ATOL Protection Contribution) will also be collected at time of booking. This forms part of the total cost of your holiday. This amount is currently £2.50 per person.
The balance of the holiday cost must be received by us not later than the balance due date, which is 60 days before the start of the holiday for all cruises (full payment for categories S1-SI is required 90 days before). The balance due date will be shown on the confirmation invoice.
Here’s what happens once you’ve booked
Norwegian Cruise Line will send you or your travel agent (as applicable) a booking confirmation showing full details of your holiday and the fare payable. Please check this carefully and, if there are any discrepancies, please let us know immediately by calling Guest Services on 0845 201 8907. Otherwise administrative charges may apply to any alteration that can be made.
Around 6 weeks before departure you will receive your “Welcome Aboard booklet” which includes all the information you need to prepare for your cruise, along with luggage labels and information relating to shore excursions and other pre-bookable dining/entertainment. Guests wishing to pre-book or view shore excursion information can do so online - at
www.ncl.co.uk/shorex
Then, about two or three weeks before departure Norwegian Cruise Line will send a link to your cruise documentation to you or your Travel Partner via email. Your edoc includes your cruise ticket, flight itinerary and pre-cruise hotel (if applicable) and transfer vouchers.
And before you leave home

www.ncl.co.uk and complete the Online Check-In form. Just click the ‘Already Booked’ section of the website and click on at least 14 days prior to departure and no later than 1 day prior to sailing.
Personal Details NCL is registered under the Data Protection Act. The information you provide when making a reservation may be used to provide you with periodic NCL (Bahamas) Ltd cruise updates and special offers and we ask that you advise us if you would not like to receive these. Personal details will not be disclosed by NCL to third parties outside of NCL (Bahamas) Ltd for marketing purposes without the guest’s express permission.
Travel Insuranc
Let’s face it – plans change, emergencies happen. And that’s why travel insurance is a must. We hope you never have to make a claim but, for peace of mind when you’re away, travel insurance is essential.
Under the terms of our booking conditions, everyone cruising with us is required to have purchased a Travel Insurance policy for their trip covering Cancellation and Medical Emergency Expenses as a minimum and that cover must be purchased within 14 days of full payment being taken for your cruise.

Preferential Travel Insurance starts at £6.51* for an individual 8 day Europe Single Trip policy and just £13.02** for a family 8 day Europe Single Trip policy. You can choose from 2 types of Travel Insurance Policy (classic or deluxe) to ensure you have the cover you need.
Preferential policies are available if you are a resident of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, or Channel Islands.
Preferential Direct Limited is incorporated in the United Kingdom, and is authorised and regulated by The Financial Services Authority (FSA). Its policies are covered by The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). No liability will be accepted by us if you are cruising without adequate Travel Insurance.
