33.0 CSCS CERTIFICATE OF COMMITMENT
33.1 The CSCS Certificate of Commitment is awarded to companies who have shown a level of commitment to CSCS and its affiliates. This commitment is determined by the proportion of the company’s onsite workers who hold full CSCS or affiliated cards.
33.2 The certificates are awarded in two bands, which reflect the level of commitment: Gold 75% – 89% Platinum 90% +
33.3 Companies wishing to apply for the certificate need to submit a list of their current card holders for audit checking on the CSCS and affiliated databases to ensure that they hold full valid cards.
33.4 The certificates cost £50 each (inclusive of VAT at 17.5%), and an application form is available via
www.cscs.uk.com/application or by contacting the CSCS helpdesk on 0844 576 8777. The certificate is valid for three years, and is renewable upon re-audit.
33.5 CSCS will issue holders of the Certificate of Commitment a Committed to CSCS logo which companies may use for promotional purposes.
