Five Star Rating for Oerlikon Systems - Feb 9, 2010
Oerlikon Systems was awarded a ‘five star rating’ for 2009 by VLSI Research,
joining a select group of semiconductor equipment manufacturers that achieve five
out of five stars with exceptional customer satisfaction. This further confirms the
company’s technical leadership and its commitment to strict ISO standards for quality
management and sustainable manufacturing processes.

and transparent organizational performance,” explains Andreas Dill, Head of Oerlikon
Systems. “It’s notable that only 13 names gained five stars in 2009; these companies
represent the top performers in the global semiconductor equipment market.”

The five star ratings are handed out by chip equipment users (representing 95%
of the world’s semiconductor market) and compiled by VLSI Research as part of
their 2009 Customer Satisfaction Report. The rating is based on thirteen categories
including cost of ownership, quality of results, product performance, customer
service, technical leadership, and commitment.

ReneSola Announces 600 MW Solar Module OEM Agreement - FEB 11, 2010
ReneSola Ltd, a leading global manufacturer of solar wafers and provider
of solar module original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) services,
today announced that it has signed an OEM agreement to provide 600
megawatts (“MW”) of solar modules to a major global solar company
over a period of three years. According to the terms of the contract, ReneSola will provide 200 MW of solar modules
annually for three years commencing in 2010.
“Our first major solar module OEM contract reflects the exceptional value inherent in our cost-competitive solar wafer
and solar module OEM manufacturing platform,” said ReneSola’s Chief Executive Officer Li Xianshou. “Our customers
are increasingly recognizing the benefits of including our cost-effective solar solutions as important components in
their production processes. We plan to leverage our module OEM capabilities to significantly strengthen and expand
customer relationships with key industry players and further increase our solar wafer sales. We believe this OEM deal
