Whatever the role, our commitment to staff training is unsurpassed. We
ensure each member of staff is highly trained and equipped with the
skills, knowledge and attitude to make your holiday truly memorable.
Our trained Instructors take the reins for all our activities. They enforce
the highest possible standards and we have an excellent safety
record. All our Instructors hold formal qualifications from their relevant
sports’ national governing bodies or, where no recognised
qualifications exist, the PGL Multi Activity Instructor Award.
FIRST CLASS SAFETY EQUIPMENT
In every area of our centres, we work with the relevant regulators to
set the highest industry standards. Our centres all feature first class
safety equipment and purpose built ‘activity bases’ for you to enjoy
and our staff are also trained first-aiders.

Safety is of paramount importance in all aspects of our holidays, so whilst
you and your family are enjoying yourselves you can also rest assured that
you are in safe hands.
Our stringent standards comply with guidelines set down by the Department
ofChildren,SchoolsandFamiliesandwearesubjecttotheAdventureActivities
Licensing Authority regulations. In addition, as members of the British
Activity Holiday Association we have submitted any centres not inspected
by the Licensing Authority to voluntary inspection by the British Activity
Holiday Association (BAHA) to ensure that our safety standards are subject
to regular independent external audit.
