Guatemala, Madagascar, the Republic of Moldova, Namibia, Papua New Guin-
ea, Zambia, and the U.S. McDonald is a past executive director of ACCTS.

Lt. Col. Melvin Wilkerson, USA-Ret. (life member since
1999): After retiring in 1981 from a 20-year Army career, this
Florida native worked a second career with Westinghouse Electric. Fully
retired since 2000, Wilkerson volunteers in myriad roles for local and state-
level organizations such as the Atlanta Chapter of MOAA, the Georgia MOAA
council, the Georgia Federal-Military Retiree Coalition, and the Atlanta VA

Medical Center Advisory Board. For his exemplary service, Wilkerson re-
ceived the Georgia Black Caucus 2007 Veterans Service Award. MO
