A wider agenda for BSF?
DESPITE the strong, sustained investment of recent years, Britain
still lags behind many developed nations in terms of spending on
education – both as a proportion of GDP and total public
expenditure (5.9% and 11.9% respectively), according to new
figures from the OECD

This tacit warning against complacency comes from a study
showing how “investment in human capital” can contribute to
