1. Paint a canvas several different colors of blue, letting it dry between each color, and then coat with a layer of glitter.
2. tear sheets of patterned paper and adhere to the bottom of the canvas as hills.
3. trace a Maya road chipboard house onto patterned paper, cut out, adhere portrait pictures behind the windows to
appear as if they’re looking out, add patterned paper lace behind the top windows as curtains, cover the chimney with
layers of lace cardstock (Pamela used the white back side), cover the roof with border stickers and trim the excess.
Stitch around the edge of the house with floss, sliding a bird charm onto one of the loops on the roof. Add white
puff paint around the bottom edge of the roof and then embellish with jewels. Create a door from a piece of cream
cardstock, add a border sticker on the left side, trim the excess and make a knob with a jewel. Adhere the door to the
house and then adhere the entire house to the canvas, tucked between the hills.
4. Stamp five Christmas trees in green ink on green paper, cut out, embellish two with glitter puff paint and then adhere
them to the canvas as shown.
5. Cut out a Christmas tree from patterned paper, adorn with glitter puff paint, adhere to the canvas and then top with
a jewel.
6. Cut rectangle pieces from patterned paper and adhere below the trees as presents. Accent the presents with white puff
paint to look like ribbon.
7. Die cut six snowflakes from assorted patterned papers, stitch a button to the center of each and then adhere to the top
of the canvas. Straight stitch a line above each snowflake so they look like they’re dangling.
8. Cut out a cloud from patterned paper, adhere to the top left corner and write “It’s the most wonderful time of the
year” with black puff paint.
9. finish the canvas with a border of lace.
