where she will
practice at
Aradhika’s Yoga
Studio in Bun-
nell. Doreen is
offering a free
introductory workshop on Saturday,
February 21 from 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Ayurveda is based upon the belief
that each one of us has the innate abil-
ity to heal and remain healthy. Ayurve-
da uses simple laws of nature to look at
the overall picture of a person’s life and
how each of these areas affects health.
Doreen was trained Gurukulu style in
ayurveda and yoga by Dr. David Fraw-
ley and received her master’s degree
from the American Institute of Vedic
Studies in conjunction with Interna-
tional Vedic Hindu University. She has
been in professional full-time practice
for nine years. She and her family are
relocating to Palm Coast.
