“The CS/SPD area requires fast turn over times; a disinfectant with an extended dwell time will hinder a technician’s ability to serve his/her customers,” she said. “They should also follow the necessary instructions for use (IFU) to ensure every proper step is being taken to decontaminate and sterilize the instruments.
