Would you like to avoid mail clutter and save paper? One way of doing that is to sign up for SWRE’s new “E-Bill” or paperless billing option. “We are aware that many co-op members want to continue to receive a paper bill, just like they always have,” said Aaron Paxton, manager of financial services, “and those folks don’t need to do anything at all. “Some SWRE members, though, have expressed a desire to reduce paper clutter or make an earth-friendly “green” choice. “These members can now choose to eliminate SWRE’s traditional mail bills altogether.”


Members who want to receive BOTH the traditional paper bill and an e-bill can also make that choice. Signing up for “E-Bill” is an easy process for co-op members who have created a password protected account at the SWRE website’s “Pay Bill Online”. Directions: 1. At the SWRE website (www.swre.com), click “Pay Bill Online” and when the bill-pay portal opens, log in.

If you have difficulties, call SWRE to verify or correct information. 2. Under the “My Account” dropdown, choose “E-Notifications”. 3. Choose “E-Bill”. 4. You will then be able to choose to receive a traditional paper


bill, an electronic bill via e-mail, or both an electronic bill AND a paper bill.


5. When you have made your selection, click “Save” and your new billing preference will be set.
