Holistic Globe® Expo Returns to Central Florida

Expo is celebrating their signature Body Mind Spirit Expo on Saturday, March 25. Since 2009, they have hosted a sacred space for self-discovery, healing, and mindful strategies. It’s a fun, educational and progressive conscious-consumer show created for the entire family. Providing a relaxed, yet intentional, atmosphere, come experience a new healing modality, connect with local experts, find the perfect product, and spark a kindred connection. This year’s theme “Return to
Wholeness” is a reminder of the importance of practicing self-love and embracing compassionate self- care. Along with exhibits, speakers, and a featured keynote masterclass, they are hosting a unique holistic networking social luncheon and match-making mixer to help our local holistic enthusiasts gather and connect with their soulmate, a soul tribe member, or their next business partner! Held at the Westgate Lakes

he Florida Symphony Youth Orchestras (FSYO) present the Play-A-Ton. Held Saturday, March
25 at 1:30 pm, this is the inaugural year for this event. Students will be performing at the Central Park Stage (Central Park, 150 W. Morse Blvd & Park Ave in Winter Park. Play-A-Ton is a friend-raiser and fundraiser that
features all seven FSYO ensembles. Te goal is to raise money for the organization and student scholarships. Even though the event is designed to raise money, it is free to anyone in the community who wants to enjoy music. It’s a fun half-day event and a chance for the public to enjoy the Winter Park community while listening to FSYO perform. Visit
