If you’re brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello. ~Paulo Coehlo

T

hroughout the past three years,

our loyal readers know my mission statement/mantra became simpler: “Less is More.” And, many years

ago (2010), local author and friend Cassandra Curley instilled advice to “Be Fearless!” Her mission and trek of walking 2500 miles (no typo) is seen at www.cassandracurley.com Beginning with the scare of Covid in mid 2019, going through 2020-21 lockdowns and vaccine experiments— and then persevering through our CFL hurricane/tropical storms this past autumn, I stood strong (despite these challenges). Now, I am more than ready to say goodbye to these past three years—and welcome the unknown. Are you brave enough to say

goodbye and receive a New Hello? As Socrates said, “Te secret to change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”

No doubt: Most Americans (and

fellow watchers of mainstream news channels worldwide) have lost faith in their governmental health organizations. Particularly, I have questioned (and still do) the CDC (Center of Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization). Why not? We must remain curious at least. Especially since Big Pharma was

granted 100% immunity against lawsuits for any possible side effects from the mandated vaccines, who would not raise a red flag? My Big Red Flag went soaring—and still is! What to think? Tere is a renewed

push to booster those experimental 2020 vaccines and return to masks and social distancing during a normal flu season. Enough with the scare tactics, I say. If you have been following and reading this magazine (22+ yrs now), I’ll bet you know how to pro-actively stay healthy! We, in Central Florida, are fortunate for free Vit D (outside sunshine) and affordable Vit C (citrus, bell peppers, locally-grown produce).

The Natural Way to Solve your Allergy, Sinus & Respiratory Discomfort

Beginning in September with

the Root Chakra, have you been following our Chakra series? This month we focus on the fifth energy center: The Throat Chakra. Represented by the color blue— and the whale, I have learned and gained much respect for our largest underwater friends, especially the humpbacks. According to Mark Nepo (page 19), “They are excellent communicators and compose patterns of sound that are strikingly resonant with human musical traditions.” They basically sing the same song, but when a new verse is added, they all incorporate it. They instinctively stay current and contribute to the common good. Like whales, let’s thrive together.

Here, I resound the Coehlo quote above: Life will reward you with a new hello.

Goodbye to the past & Hello to a Healthy 2023,
