23 March 2020 will be a date etched on the memory of most in Scotland as it was the start of lockdown North of the Border. We know that everyone has been dramatically affected by COVID-19, both on a personal and professional level, and it has proved to be the biggest change in all our lives since the outbreak of WWII. Just as in 1939, the SMTA will come though this stronger and even more dedicated to our membership. In this issue of Auto Retailer & Repairer, we have really focused on bringing you solutions to problems which you and your business will be facing at this time, and I urge our membership to make best use of this information. Please remember that the SMTA is open for business, and has been so during the entire lockdown period, so please get in touch if there is anything that we can help with, offer advice on or simply as a sounding board.
