What’s your favourite thing to do when you’re not at work? Attending motor sport events, especially British GT3 where a close friend currently competes.

ongratulations to David Mennie of Westhill Cars in Aberdeen who won Issue 1’s competition associated with GES Scotland.
David received a fantastic two-in-one Waste Oil Drainer as a prize after correctly identifying the car as a Vauxhall Viva. Pictured are the Westhill Cars team along with Niall Farmer Garage and MoT Equipment Specialist at Garage Equipment Solutions Scotland and Graham Bruce SMTA’s Territory Account Manager (North Scotland) David and the technicians at Westhill Cars are delighted with the prize as the firm were just about to spend several hundred pounds on a new oil drainer before winning this competition.

If you were having a dinner party what 3 guests would you invite? If I could invite some celebrities, it would be Billy Connolly, Kevin Bridges & Karen Dunbar for a night of side bursting Glasgow humour.
Where’s your favourite place in the world? The Florida Panhandle, especially a resort called Seaside which has the most beautiful beach in the world.
What’s your favourite drink? IPA’s and Craft Beers which are currently very much in vogue, in small measures of course !
If you could splurge on one must have item, what would it be? A McLaren 720S, which ticks all the boxes for me.
If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be? Friendly, enthusiastic and caring.
What’s the greatest bit of advice you’ve ever been given? “What’s for you, won’t go past you”, my late Grandmother preached this to me and it has always stood me in good stead.
