New Hilti DSH 600-X Petrol Saw leads in health and safety
HILTI has launched its new DSH 600-X handheld petrol saw into the lightweight, 60 cc cut-off saw market.
Weighing only 9.8kg, the DSH 600-X comes with new innovations such as a redesigned cutting hood and arm, allowing the saw to achieve a full 120mm cut depth with a 300mm diamond blade, reducing the number of cuts needed in many common applications.
The tool also incorporates a three-step quick start with automatic choke reducing starting times significantly. Thanks to Hilti’s blade break technology, the blade comes to a stop in less than seven seconds therefore increasing operator safety onsite.
The DSH 600-X is designed to give the operator a balanced feel while increasing safety and productivity when undertaking cutting applications in masonry, concrete and steel.

New G20 Stage V Generator from Doosan Portable Power
DOOSAN Portable Power (DPP) has launched the new G20 Stage V compliant generator. Providing a prime power output of 19 kVA, the new G20 model is powered by the Yanmar 4TNV88 18 kW diesel engine, meeting EU Stage V engine emission levels for generators.
Of particular interest for the rental market, the fuel tank configuration on the G20 generator ensures autonomy of at least 47 hours at 75% of the load. Safe and easy access to operation and maintenance areas has been a priority throughout the design of this generator.

In addition, a low level of vibration of less than 2.5m/s2 allows the operator to work for longer.
The DSH 600-X also comes with a maintenance kit featuring a spare spark
plug, starter cords, an air filter and a fuel filter for easy maintenance onsite.
The DSH 600-X is part of the petrol saw portfolio that also includes the DSH 700-X with 70cc engine and a cutting depth of up to 125mm and the DSH 900-X with 87cc and a cutting depth of up to 150mm.
