“Even though they were manufactured to the highest standards, some of the machines we resell are nearly three decades old and won’t pass school health and safety tests, but where possible, we do try to get the equipment back into a school at a cost price,” Antony said. “Sometimes we don’t make much money reselling it back to schools, but it creates a relationship for future business and encourages the subject.

“We even get enquires from people who want to start up a joinery shop, which gets ‘Joe public’ working with their hands again, and if you can create a product and sell it then that’s bri lliant.”
Regarding the future, Antony stated the company will look to source the best equipment for customers through looking at sales correlations.
He concluded: “Well-known brand machinery always sells well. For example, Hegner scrollsaw equipment sells better on the market than lesser known scrollsaw manufacturers. It’s strange, they’re pretty much the same machine, but people just want the Hegner brand.
“Hegner are one of the best manufacturers, so it’s understandable we’d sell these
