Te course costs £12 per person for one full circuit of the high ropes which includes a 50m zip wire to finish. Participants must be 110cm tall and aged over 6 in order to take part. Children between 110cm and 130cm must be accompanied by an individual over 130cm and aged over twelve. Te


maximum weight is 18 stone. Weather appropriate clothing should be worn. Closed in shoes, not sandals, high heels or flip flops. Pockets should be empty and jewellery removed, long hair should be tied back. Arrive early to book your session to avoid disappointment.

CARDIFF BLUES RUGBY CAMPS


With over 10 years experience of running successful rugby camps and offer a fun and interactive environment to learn the latest skills & techniques, and coached by expert Rugby Development Officers & Cardiff Blues Community Coaches.


The camps cater for 6 -14 year olds and are being run during school holiday periods. Camps run over 3 days from 9.00am - 4.00pm each day. Each day will be different with a variety of skills, drills and fun games being played. Dates for the camps with some space still available are: 22nd-24th July; 27th-29th August, 6th August, 12th August and 19th August.

Fairies & Folklore


A magical week looking for fairy doors and other mystical creatures with wings. At the RSPB Newport Wetlands Visitor Centre, West Nash Road, Nash, Newport, NP18 2BZ. Activities will be based around a welsh folktale, and they’ll be making potions and wands and their very own fairy garden as the story unfolds. From Monday 5th - Tursday 8th August, Drop in sessions are: 10.30am-12.30pm and 2pm-3.30pm, no booking required. Prices are RSPB members £4.40 and non- members £5.50.
