New Head Offi ce and Recruits for Cardiff-Based LegalinX


It’s already gearing up to be an exciting year for global information provider LegalinX, with a major head offi ce move and a duo of recruits relocating from Australia to join the successful team. The company, which operates out of Cardiff, London and Brisbane, has recently moved from their home on City Road, Cardiff, to new premises in Churchill House, Churchill Way, taking 26 staff with them. Their City Road offi ce had been the company’s home since 1999.


The move will see LegalinX occupy 3800sq ft of offi ce space on a fi ve-year lease in the highly sought-after city centre building, providing staff with a more fl exible working and meeting space, as well as room for expansion. The fi rm also welcomes two new recruits from Australia, who have been headhunted for their expertise in microservice architecture. Nikom Dupuskull and Yiping Zhang have recently relocated from the company’s Brisbane offi ce and will work on developing new features for LegalinX’s ordering platform. The recent investment is testament to LegalinX’s continued successes and growth, particularly within Wales. The company currently works with around 85 of the UK’s top 100 law fi rms and counts some of the country’s biggest named companies as their clients.

Mobile Dual Cleaning and Security Area Manager

Minimum 40 hours per week (must be fl exible to suit business needs)


Must hold a clean valid driving licence, vehicle and phone will be provided.


Must be fully experienced in dual management of cleaning and security teams, have a hands on approach and be a strong team leader. Good communication is required and have the ability to interact with clients and staff.


Must have computer knowledge in Windows, Excel, spreadsheets, wages, budgets etc. Must have at least 3 years experience in cleaning management.

PART TIME LEGAL CASHIER A leading Legal Firm in Aberdare is looking to appoint a part time Legal Cashier.


The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the offi ce and client account records in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.


Experience in accountancy is therefore necessary. Ideally experience in a Solicitors practice would be preferable but training is available for an appropriate candidate who does have substantial accounts experience but not legal accounts.


The main duties of the role will include: Processing and posting invoices. Processing and posting credit card receipts. CHAPS, cheque and BACS payments. VAT returns. Petty Cash.


Statement/Bank reconciliations.


Assist the Account Manager with month end reports. Various Adhoc duties.
