The focus of this issue is recovery and taking inspiration from around the world on supporting people and organisations back to work. Use the experience of recent months to push forward with new ways of workings to build better companies and organisations where people will thrive.
The Virtual Relocate Awards Ceremony was a huge success, great fun with tremendous energy from participants and a ground-breaking achievement as a virtual awards event. The YouTube video has already been viewed by 4,000 people and the live chat participation on 12 May, proves that we reach a vibrant global community.

Your voice counts, your steadying influence can make a difference in the domestic context of your local community. Your understanding of the complexity of global is now needed at the regional and local level. There will at least in the short-term be less travel but global markets will not go away and neither will the need to do international business. Understanding global supply chains has never been more important.
