Are you fit for the New Year?

Pressure Businesses continue to be under pressure, internally from management to deliver the results as well as from customers who still expect the same level of service when you are working from home and not in the office. Add to this your own anxieties about Covid- 19 and we have a ‘circle of stress’. Aside from the overt ramifications of the

pandemic, which have driven drastic changes to working life and restricted freedom of movement, a surge in mental ill-health in 2020 has also been attributed to the coronavirus.

Brexit Also, the ‘B word’ is back on the agenda. We now have a Brexit deal, so this is sure to have an impact on your business depending on the industry sector you are in. And as somebody mentioned to me this

week, the amount of electronic traffic has increased massively. Perhaps try setting up ‘rules’ for e-mails. So how do you get your teams fit for the

new year? As follows are some suggestions. Apologies if you are already doing some version of these: l Regular web meetings with the team.
