The BLACKSTAR-3 is a 3000kg-capacity, multi-ratio, precision racing winch, built to deliver superior efficiency and sustained dynamic performance. Its winch drum diameter is specifically sized for optimum rope-handling characteristics, while compared to alternative brand choices, the BLACKSTAR-3 offers a proven higher torque density. Every winch is built by hand and individually inspected at our workshop in Somerset, before undergoing extensive load testing. Every BLACKSTAR-3 quickly and cleanly unbolts from the deck for clean


environment servicing. Each unit is a sealed, protected and lubricated environment that provides super-extended component part life and ensures low running costs. While this process is driven by performance, it also produces a more sustainable suite of products – our design and manufacturing process minimises the need for replacement, waste and surplus.
