Unless you’re doing it in 10-15 cm increments. In. Stop. Out. Stop. On a track. Under tons of tons of sheet load. And you’re doing that in every Cup race. And every elimination race. And every practice race. And every practice. And if you bind up, the boat falls off the foils.
It’s just a traveler. But no travelers have ever been as important to how these boats lift and fly (and stay flying) than the ones in this Cup. It’s safe to say, the only things that will undergo more duress are human…and peddling.
