Included with the system is OtterRIP, which provides a simple but powerful method of preparing your fi les for print. Automated nesting for producing gang sheets is available, along with discrete control of print quality modes, ink loads and ICC Profi les – helping you achieve perfect prints each time. The OtterPro M30 provides three production speeds, with the highest production rate producing 4m sq/hr (720x900dpi). Also available are 720x1080dpi (2m sq/hr) and 720x1440dpi (1.2m sq/hr).
Automated head cleaning and white ink agitation come as standard, with ink recirculation only having to be performed by the turn of a switch every three days – thanks to Otter’s new ink formulation, ‘OtterPro Ultra’. Finally, an integrated fi lm trimmer is supplied with the system for those opting to powder and cure via the optional Otter DTF Oven.
